Dr. Pete Stratil, MD, MBA, serves as the Medical Director of RIA Endovascular, where he combines clinical excellence with visionary leadership to advance minimally invasive vascular care in Colorado. Based in Greenwood Village, Dr. Stratil is a board-certified interventional radiologist renowned for his expertise in image-guided procedures that treat conditions such as cancer and vascular disease with minimal recovery time and reduced patient risk .​

Dr. Stratil earned both his medical degree and MBA from the University of Chicago, equipping him with a unique blend of clinical and business acumen. His postgraduate training includes a diagnostic radiology residency and an interventional radiology fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle. This dual expertise enables him to lead RIA Endovascular with a strategic focus on innovation and efficiency .​

Under Dr. Stratil’s leadership, RIA Endovascular launched the RIA Interventional Suite—the first outpatient facility of its kind in the Denver area. This suite offers hospital-grade technology in a more convenient and cost-effective setting, allowing patients to receive advanced procedures like angiography, embolization, and vertebral augmentation without the need for hospitalization .
