Learning new things and working with a great team is what makes working at RIA Endovascular amazing.
How, when and why did you decide to pursue a career in medicine?
I was studying psychology and took an anatomy/physiology class that I thought was absolutely fascinating. The body is an amazing thing, and I love learning about all its intricate details. I ultimately chose nursing because I love people and wanted to get more time and human connection with my patients.
What is your favorite way to spend free time?
I love to stay active, whether it’s at the gym, biking, hiking or yoga. I also love to travel — my favorite country so far has either been Indonesia or Vietnam.
What do you like most about working at RIA?
The entire group made me feel welcome from day one. This group is always striving for excellence and ways we can improve our patients’ lives. I love my team. I am constantly learning new things from each of them, and they are all so enjoyable to work with.
