Janell D. was excited to share her recent RIA Endovascular experience with us.
What brought you to RIA Endovascular?
I had surgery on March 12, 2020. I wasn’t feeling well after this and so I had to go back to the hospital for imaging and eventually placement of an abscess drain. When it was time for the drain to be removed, my doctor referred me to an outpatient facility per my request.
What was your experience at RIA Endovascular?
I could not believe what a wonderful experience I had at RIA Endovascular. It was super easy to schedule my procedure. They took care of everything with the insurance company. I have been feeling a bit vulnerable because of my illness and my age, but I felt TOTALLY safe at RIA. There were not a lot of patients in the waiting room. Everyone was wearing an appropriate mask. The environment itself was super clean.
What would you tell others before coming to RIA Endovascular?
The staff was very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed visiting with nurse Aaron and the tech Michael. They really made me feel secure. After my procedure I immediately called my doctor and told her what a fantastic experience I had at RIA and that she should send all her patients there for procedures. I am now getting stronger and walking up to two miles a day. I feel blessed to have found RIA Endovascular!
