Patients come to RIA Endovascular for many different reasons. One thing is always the same, our team is there to walk patients through the procedure and care for them every step of the way.
How did you learn about RIA Endovascular?
I knew about RIA Endovascular because I have been in the Centrum building in another office. I was having severe swelling from my varicose veins and it got to the point that I could not walk by the end of the night. I was in a ton of pain. My doctor recommended RIA Endovascular and I got in as soon as I could.
How was your experience at RIA Endovascular?
They were very accommodating about getting me in without a long wait. I have a history of varicose veins in my family and so I knew this was not a problem that was going to go away on its own. The doctors and Nurse Jessica have been fantastic. All of the caretakers have been so kind and helpful.
They talk you through everything and are very straightforward. RIA Endovascular is the best place for vascular issues because they are so knowledgeable. I have been in several times and seen multiple providers. I can’t believe how nice ALL of them have been to me. They treat you like a person and they are always helpful. I feel like they are down to earth and actual people who care instead of someone just going through the motions. Everyone was empathetic and patient with me. I was having increased pain and they even suggested that I have more sedation so that I could be as comfortable as possible.
What would you tell others about RIA Endovascular?
Besides them being all around wonderful, I really like that they are a “one stop shop” for varicose veins. My ultrasound, consults and treatment are all done at the outpatient office. This has been super convenient for me. Thank you RIA Endovascular!
