It’s all about the amazing teamwork throughout Teri’s experience with RIA Endovascular.
What problems were you having before you came to RIA Endovascular?
I have had three visits to RIA. The first two times were for a fistulagram, once for a stent in my neck and once to open up my fistula, as my nurses were having trouble cannulating. My third visit was to have my catheter removed from my chest.
How was your patient experience with the doctor and clinic staff?
I do not say this lightly, but my experience was wonderful all three times. From the front-desk staff to the nurses to the doctor. I especially liked all three nurses/techs that I had. Especially Michael — he was involved with all three of my procedures and actually removed my catheter and was very thoughtful and told me what was going to happen. Dr. Yee was one of the best doctors I have had — he was caring and considerate and walked me through each portion of each of the two fistulagrams he performed.
What specific result/outcome did you like most about this procedure?
I was pain-free after the first fistulagram — I had been experiencing pain in my neck. The second fistulagram helped facilitate my dialysis. And I was extremely grateful to have my catheter removed, as I had had it in for a year and had to take care of it for that long.
What would you like to share with others?
I highly recommend RIA Endovascular Clinic and Vein Center — the staff is remarkable! I would also like to share that they are very safe in these times of COVID.
